Cathedral Home
Cathedral Home transforms two disjointed apartments into a light-filled sanctuary of balance and refinement.
Drawn to panoramic views of St Andrew’s Cathedral, the clients embraced the opportunity to reimagine the space as a singular, cohesive family home. The removal of the dividing wall allowed for a new sense of flow, creating a thoughtful interplay between open-plan living and moments of intimacy.
Layered oak flooring, sculptural lighting and hand-applied Venetian plaster counter the existing tinted glazing, infusing warmth and softness throughout. Discreet joinery and tailored detailing provide quiet functionality.
Anchored by a statement kitchen and landscaped terrace, the home is both a private retreat and an elegant space for entertaining. It is defined by restrained luxury and meticulous detailing, Cathedral Home is a study in contrast, where dramatic city views meet considered contemporary calm.
